Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Nishiki pieces. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to start a return

Reach out through our contact page with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return, and we'll send you instructions and a return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Start a return for the original item and place a new order, or contact us and we'll help arrange an exchange while stock lasts.

Non-returnable items

Final sale items and gift cards can't be returned. Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage not present on arrival may be refused.
